Our multi-clove black garlic is produced in Queensland, Australia by Tolga Estate. Tolga Estate ferments and oxidises the beautiful garlic grown on its own farm as well as on farms of selected suppliers in the Atherton Tablelands.
Our single clove black garlic is produced by John and Mary Pye of Bredbo Black Garlic on their 60ha property near the Bredbo Village in the Snowy Mountains, New South Wales. They age raw garlic in a carefully controlled environment with a stable temperature and high humidity for a up to 60 days. After several years of trial and error they now produce a superb product,
