Truffled Scrambled Egg
- Break Eggs into a bowl
- Grate truffle over and beat with a fork
- Cover with cling wrap and leave in the fridge overnight
- Season the egg and cook scrambled eggs to your liking, at the end add a spoon of fresh cream
- Check the seasoning
- Spoon the scrambled eggs over toast or into a bowl
- Grate a little fresh truffle over before serving.
