10 Day Brie and Truffle
- 100g Brie
- 10g Truffle
- With a piece of string, split the brie to form 2 discs. With a truffle cutter, shave the truffle over the open side of the brie. Replace the top of the wheel over the other piece, press together, put back into the original paper, then back into the original box.
- Allow flavour to mature by placing the brie In the fridge for 10 days.
- Remove from fridge two hours before serving. Open the box, remove the paper and cut Into serving portions.
